California Rehabilitation Sports Therapy is seeking a physical therapist for our Clinic Director / Partnership opportunity. We're seeking an experienced clinician who is ready to embark on a new journey of becoming a partner in opening a brand new outpatient orthopedic clinic!

Location: NEW Clinic inSouth Bay / East Bay Area. We want your input on the location!

Setting: Outpatient Orthopedic in a gym or fitness center!

Schedule: Flexible hours Schedule!

Salary: $110,000 to $120,000 annually + Quarterly Incentive + Benefits. Individual salaries dependent on location, experience and job-related factors

California Rehabilitation Sports Therapy is expanding its presence in the Northern California Bay Area, with a focus on establishing clinics within gym and fitness center environments. We're presenting an exceptional opportunity for a Physical Therapist interested in partnering with us to open and lead their own clinic.

Position Summary:

--- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to physical therapists and support staff
--- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
--- Monitor patient satisfaction and address concerns or issues.
--- Oversee day-to-day operations including scheduling, staffing, and resource management.
--- Monitor clinic performance metrics and implement strategies for optimization.

Qualifications:

--- 1-2 years of leadership or management experience
--- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a physical therapist
--- Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting and experience in management or leading a team is highly preferred
--- Graduation from a physical therapy curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
--- Current State licensure for the practice of physical therapy.
