Rate of Pay: The salary range for this position in Sacramento, CA is $132,683 - $162,000 per year and this role may be eligible to earn incentive compensation. Duties: Establish material costs calculations to support customer bids. Ensure budget adherence/controlling throughout project execution to achieve KPI 's and project targets (about $130M yearly spend). Prepare procurement strategies to ensure cost-efficient and timely supply of materials through ramp-up phase. Act as the intermediary between the project and procurement team. Support supplier management processes.

Requirements : Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering or related field and 60 months of experience in the job offered or in a Project Management related occupation.

Position requires experience in the following:

1. Project management within manufacturing environment with multiple parallel long-term projects.

2. Overseeing custom made-to-order projects.

3. Working with supply chain management including design development, procurement, and commercial controlling.

4. Overseeing an entire supply chain for a project.

5. Overseeing team member productivity by detecting schedule delays, potential and actual cost overruns, adherence to processes and procedures, scope gaps between what was offered to customer and quoted with suppliers.

6. Experience with documentation, distribution, ad control of actions and agreements including document meeting minutes, document project. agreements reached, file required

6. documents, and meeting minutes.

7. Setting and managing timelines by resolving timely resolutions and removing obstacles to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.

Telecommuting is acceptable from a commutable distance. [Hybrid role.]
