We re currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to fill an opening in Modesto, CA.Details & Responsibilities

  • 8 hour shifts, M-F
  • Start Date ASAP
  • Credentialing Estimate 1 month
  • Primary Care. Provide standard primary care diagnose medical conditions, perform physicals, med management.
    • Collaborate with other providers. Work with other providers and medical assistants to ensure a high standard of care.
      
    • Refer Patients. As needed, refer patients to off-site specialists.Required Qualifications
      • Active/Unrestricted California Licensure
      • BLS/ACLS Certification
