Job Title: Registered Nurse - Skilled Care SpecialistAveanna Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse - Skilled Care Specialist to provide quality patient care in compliance with physician orders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pediatric care and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver and coordinate quality patient care in compliance with physician orders
• Observe and assess patient condition and care needs, reporting changes to the supervisor and/or physician as appropriate
• Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care in a timely manner
• Develop, implement, and update the nursing care planRequirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate School of Nursing
  • Current, unrestricted state license as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice
  • Current CPR certificationAdditional Requirements:
    • South Carolina: One year of pediatrics experience
    • California: One year of experience required working under current nursing license
    • Louisiana: One year of experience required working as a licensed nurse
