TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified CVICU RN in Fresno, California, 93720 About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse - Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) Job Specialty: RN CVICU Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 PM - 07:30 AM Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: Minimum 5 years License: Registered Nurse License Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Must-Have: - Experience with Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR) patients - Experience using Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT) with Prismaflex Job Description: - Provide high-quality care to cardiovascular patients in a specialized ICU setting - Utilize advanced critical care techniques and equipment - Monitor and assess patients' health status and administer appropriate treatments - Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care - Demonstrate proficiency in supporting patients undergoing TAVR procedures - Operate CRRT machines competently to provide continuous renal care - Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation - Participate in and contribute to unit assessments and quality improvement initiatives This role requires strong clinical skills, a commitment to excellence in patient care, and the ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments.
