Weekly Gross $1,920.00
Weekly Taxable $800.00
Weekly Non- Taxable $1,120.00
Hourly Taxable Upto 40 $20.00
Hourly Non Tax $28.00
Overtime after 40 $30.00
Required:

-BLS
