Job Description:
A company is looking for a Clinical Talent Acquisition
Coordinator to support the recruiting function on a part-time
basis.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates from various platforms and maintain a pipeline of
qualified candidates
Conduct assessments of candidates' clinical knowledge and cultural
fit
Facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers
throughout the hiring process
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
2+ years of experience in a dynamic staffing environment
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment
tools preferred
Ability to assess candidate profiles and hiring manager
requirements
Desire to work in a startup environment with minimal
supervision
Persistent attitude with a determination to deliver results
