TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Labor/Delivery RN in Santa Clara, California, 95051 About The Position Job Title: Maternal Child Health Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Labor & Delivery - Critical Need Job Duration: 12 Shift: 12 hours, 07:00 PM to 07:30 AM Guaranteed Hours: 36 Experience: 1-year recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience required. License: Registered Nurse License in the state where care is provided. Certifications: - Basic Life Support - Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program Must-Have: - ACLS Certification Job Description: - Provide specialized nursing care in Labor and Delivery. - Support mothers and infants during pre-natal, labor, and post-natal stages. - Monitor and document vital signs and respond to emergencies efficiently. - Coordinate with medical staff to ensure high-quality patient care. - Educate and guide expecting families throughout the childbirth process. - Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans. - Maintain a high-level understanding of high-risk labor and delivery procedures. - Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor---s degree in nursing or a related field, with over five years of recent experience in Labor and Delivery.
