• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; relevant professional HR certification is a plus
• 3-4 years of experience in HR roles; experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is a plus
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and labor regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, experience with HRIS management
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a knack for building relationships
• Ability to multitask and manage various priorities in a fast-paced environmentResponsibilities:
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to hiring and onboarding
• Support team member development initiatives, including training programs and performance management processes
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with the company's values
• Create and organize employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations at the federal, state, and local levels
• Assist in administering employee benefits, leave programs, and workers' compensation claims, as needed
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files and documentation within HRIS systemsThe target salary range for this role is $80k-90k based on skills and experience.Why join the Vine Hospitality team? We offer:
