Key Responsibilities
Respond to support inquiries from families primarily through email
and chat
Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions while maintaining
customer satisfaction
Collaborate with team members on continuous improvements to enhance
user experience
Required Qualifications
Must reside in specified states
Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in an educational
setting
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Proficient in handling numerical data and basic arithmetic
Bilingual Spanish preferred
