Job Description:
A company is looking for a Product Support Specialist for remote
work on the West Coast.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide initial partner support and convey resolutions to
customers
Assess customer issues and escalate incidents as needed
Follow up with customers and ensure problems are resolved
effectively
Required Qualifications:
Located in the US Pacific time zone
Practical experience supporting Microsoft Windows and macOS
operating systems
Experience configuring antivirus products and troubleshooting
software interactions
Familiarity with system configuration/management tools such as GPO,
RMMs, AD, and MDMs
Ability to adapt quickly in a hyper-growth environment
