Job Description:

A company is looking for a Regional Benefits Coordinator to facilitate service fulfillment and support health plan members and customers.



Key Responsibilities

Establish and maintain relationships with health plan members and service providers
Monitor referral activity to ensure timely service fulfillment and customer satisfaction
Resolve escalations and customer service tickets by engaging with providers and customers



Required Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a contact center, customer service, or care coordination role
Experience in Public/Community Health or related field preferred
Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment
Proficiency in navigating multiple technology platforms and portals
