Job Description:
A company is looking for a Solar Support Specialist to champion
the brand and support external customers through empathy,
education, and advocacy.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide solutions-oriented customer support and assist with
informed decision-making
Manage collections by negotiating payment plans and educating
customers on products
Collaborate with teams to identify trends and ensure timely
resolution of customer inquiries
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred minimum of 2 years related work experience
Strong relationship-building skills with reliability and
integrity
Genuine desire to grow and learn within a team-oriented
environment
Basic knowledge of Windows, MS Office Suite, and Internet
