Job Description:
A company is looking for a Principal Clinician (Clinical
Supervisor) to supervise Junior Clinicians and provide therapy
services.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise a pod of up to 5 Junior Clinicians, including
administrative tasks related to supervision
Maintain knowledge of state supervision requirements and apply them
accordingly
Participate in peer supervision with other Principal Clinicians for
professional growth and reflection
Required Qualifications and Education
Graduation from an accredited Master's program
Independently licensed as LCSW or LPC in New Jersey
Eligible to supervise in the state of New Jersey
Access to a reliable computer and internet connection, and a
private space for supervision and client sessions
At least 3-5 years of experience in private practice or agency
leadership settings
