Under the supervision of the Home Care Administrator, the Day Center PCA provides assistance to participants in the Day Center and Clinic setting. Demonstrates knowledge and skills necessary to provide light housekeeping services to frail elders who need help to maintain a safe and comfortable home. -Schedule: -Monday - Friday; 8 am to 5 pmPay Rate Range: -$20 - $28.55 DOESign On Bonus Up to $2,000Tuition Reimbursement Up to $5,200/yrEligibility for annual Performance BonusResponsibilities:

• Assist with general activities, nutrition, toileting, hygiene, laundry, and keeping center clean.
• Performs duties identified in the daily activity sheet.
• Records services in EHR.
• Accompanies participants at medical appointments.
