Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Quality Improvement Specialist
responsible for coordinating regulatory, accreditation, and
clinical quality improvement programs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage complex quality improvement initiatives impacting
healthcare delivery
Ensure compliance with accreditation, state, and federal
requirements for clinical and service quality improvement
programs
Develop targeted activities to enhance performance measures such as
Star Ratings and HEDIS
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience; Master's Degree in a
related health field preferred
Valid state clinical license preferred; Certified Professional in
Health Care Quality (CPHQ) preferred
Minimum three years of experience in a clinical/health care
environment
Three to five years of managed care experience in a healthcare
setting
Experience in compliance, accreditation, and quality
improvement
