Key Responsibilities
Develop and champion a research vision and strategy aligned with
product and business goals
Scale research capabilities by introducing new methodologies,
tools, and processes
Oversee and conduct high-impact research initiatives, synthesizing
complex data into actionable insights
Required Qualifications
10+ years in UX research or a related field, with at least 5 years
in a leadership role
Deep expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research
methodologies
Proven track record of scaling research functions and influencing
cross-functional teams
Strong portfolio showcasing how research informed key business and
design decisions
Strategic thinker with the ability to balance short-term needs and
long-term vision
