We are looking for a member concierge/ receptionist that has a personal commitment to growth. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide a wide range of hair and beauty services to clients, including haircuts, coloring, styling, and treatments Perform barbering services such as beard trims and shaves using a straight razor is preferred, but not required. Conduct consultations with clients to determine their desired look and provide recommendations Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in cosmetology and hair styling Sanitize tools and equipment before and after each use to maintain a clean and safe environment Handle retail sales of hair care products and recommend suitable products to clients Utilize salon software for appointment management, inventory tracking, and client records Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Excellent communication and customer service skills Education & Experience Valid cosmetology/barber license 4+ Years experience Employment Type: Full Time
