are looking for a UX Designer II - MPS who will be responsible for
performing development and implementation of research, analysis
methodology and tools related to each project and proceed planning,
implementation and analysis of the assigned project regarding its
requirement, functions, market, trend, users, etc.Role and
Responsibilities:
- Define and work on UX core principles and concepts for UI
design using derived insights and analysis that provides meaningful
values to target users and the company.
- Manage and oversee to ensure that commercializable output (IA
(Information Architecture), workflow, and layout) are materialized
within the given timeline and resources by carrying out detailed
scenarios created on the UX core principles and concept.
- Perform self-validation such as RP (Rapid Prototyping) and
external validation, and incorporate the validation outcome to the
final output for improvement.
- Support the full design process from concept development to
wireframes to high-fidelity specs working closely with a team of
talented designers.
- Create visual design and documentation that provide detailed
instructions for developers regarding interactions, visual details
and other aspects of a product's user interface.
- Apply the best design aesthetics under tight deadlines, while
effectively balancing between business needs and user benefit.
- Produce design visualizations to help stakeholders understand
what the best experience should be: storyboards, flows, wireframes,
prototypes, and vision pieces including web and AR
experiences.
- Work with UX researchers to design and observe user studies and
translate research findings into insights and design
improvements.Required Experience and Education:
- 3+ years of demonstrable experience in designing mobile
experiences in an agile, startup-like product development
environment.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, or
equivalent.
- Strong portfolio that demonstrates design process and polished
product design solution that meet the needs of the users and
business goals.
- Fluency with common design software (Figma, Adobe suite) for
the creation of visual design artifacts and presentations.
- Diverse project experience in concept ideation, UI
concepting/wireframing, design strategy, and working across
multiple form factors.Necessary Skills and Attributes:
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a
team-based or independent environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organization skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Limited supervision and the exercise of discretion.
- Agility in creating digital sketches/prototypes from lo-fi to
hi-fi, to help design thinking process as well as communicate
concepts to team members.
- Eloquent verbal/written communication and storytelling skills,
with the ability to successfully articulate design concepts to your
team and stakeholders.
- Ability to think strategically and translate brand, service and
product requirements into holistic systems that effectively

acuity/detail, numeric/character distinction, and moderate
hand/finger dexterity.Performs work under time schedules and stress
which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive
deadlines, intellectual challenge, some language barriers, and
project management deadlines. May require working additional time
