A company is looking for an Intermediate RFP Specialist in
Employee Benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Handle the RFP process, including research, analysis, and quality
control
Collaborate on RFP responses with key contacts across business
units and regional offices
Manage workflow of business partners, including Underwriting,
Pricing, and subject matter experts associated with the RFP
process
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a business field or equivalent
education/experience
One year of RFP experience or three years of relevant retirement
industry experience
Proficiency using MS Word
Project management and organizational skills
Knowledge of company products and administrative services is
preferred
