(Semi PC) business unit designs, builds, sells and supports a
comprehensive product portfolio that ensures high-quality
production of the chips that power the technologies of today and

QualificationsResponsible for driving KLA's CCN Program Operations.
Customer Change Notification (CCN) is KLA's standard process to
notify customers of critical part changes. This strategic program
serves KLA customers by meeting their expectations on advance
notifications and facilitates smooth implementation of changes in
their factories / fabs.This highly visible, high impact role
exposes the CCN Program Specialist to all KLA product divisions,
factories, and service organizations. The individual will engage
and work closely with cross functional teams during the closed loop
process of CCN preparation, customer notification, and customer
follow up. This position provides a unique and broad exposure
across multiple organizations and KLA's entire product lifecycle
process. Driving KLA's CCN program can provide high growth and
diverse opportunities for the right individual!Responsibilities of
the CCN Program Specialist:
- Drives superior customer experiences through the CCN program
charter.
- Enhances the program to exceed and scale to changing customer
expectations.
- Develops strong relationships with all KLA product divisions,
factories, and services organizations.
- Customer management: Facilitates customer follow-up between
local account teams and HQ (product divisions, factories, product
support).
- Fully understands KLA's product lifecycle process to ensure
quality and rigor of critical part releases meet KLA's high
standards.
- Enable and setup CCN process for all new M&As.Key Candidate
Attributes:
- Must be able to work cross functionally and across time zones
with global stakeholders and functions.
- Previous background on managing changes and customer
expectations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience
preparing customer facing material a plus.
- Effective problem solving independently, and with High
Performing Teams.
- Ability to understand KLA design, manufacturing, install, and
service processes.
- Ability to learn KLA enterprise systems and databases to
support requirements.
- Knowledge and understanding of Engineering Change Order (ECO)
processes.Minimum QualificationsMaster's Level Degree or work
experience of 2 years, Bachelor's Level Degree or work experience
of 4 yearsBase Pay Range: $108,900.00 - $185,100.00 AnnuallyPrimary
