Job Description:

Dynamic Fresno food processing company is looking for a purchasing clerk to join their team! Company offers great growth plan. Looking for qualified experienced individuals.

Job Duties:

? Generate Daily Stock Orders

? Input Purchase Order Receiving's / Fill Backorders

? Follow Up on Open Purchase Orders & Customer Backorders

? Assign Special Order Computer Part Numbers on a Daily Basis

? Print Purchase Orders Daily & Call or Fax to Vendor

? Input Inventory Adjustments

? Process Weekly Cycle Counts

? Process All Special Order Returns (Request RGA's, Write-Up Return Paperwork, Send to Shipping Department)

? Follow Up on Credits that are Overdue

? Calling Vendors to Check Price & Availability

Qualifications & Experience:

? 2-3 years purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment

? Strong attention to detail and follow through

? Bi-Lingual English/Spanish preferred

? Purchase Order experience

? Strong Data Entry

? Typing: 45 wpm or greater

? Advanced Computer Skills

Paying up to $16/hr
